Desert Challenge Hosts International Paralympic Athletes in Mesa

The 2010 Desert Challenge had everything. Great weather, elite athletes from across North America, and a new venue that really made the event great for athletes, Olympic observers, and the fans.

The event had athletes as young as nine, and a few near eighty. Quite a few newly disabled vets were participating, and many athletes were here in preparation for the 2012 Paralympics in London.

www.arizonadisabledsports.com will likely have the results up soon so we’re just going to feature some photos.
